Return Eligibility
You may return most new, unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unwashed, unworn, and with all original tags attached. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or missing tags may not be accepted.
The 30-day return period begins on the date your order is delivered. We recommend keeping your packaging intact until you are fully satisfied with your purchase.
Items Not Eligible for Return
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned once purchased. These include:
- Intimate Apparel: Such as bras, panties, and swimwear (unless the hygienic liner is intact)
- Beauty and Personal Care Products
- Final Sale Items: Marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” at the time of purchase
- Gift Cards and Digital Products
- Personalized or Custom-Made Items

How to Initiate a Return
Returning an item is easy. Just follow these simple steps:
- Log into your account at standoutoutfit.com
- Go to “My Orders” and select the item you wish to return
- Click “Start Return” and choose your reason for returning
- Follow the on-screen instructions to print your return label and packing slip
- Pack your item securely and affix the return label
Once we receive your package and inspect the items, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
Refund Process
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take an additional 3–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
If you paid using multiple payment methods (e.g., credit card + gift card), your refund will be split accordingly.
In the rare case that your return is damaged or defective, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue quickly and fairly.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size, color, or style, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order for the desired product. This ensures faster processing and availability.
International Returns
We accept returns from international customers; however, please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or was shipped in error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 30 minutes of placement. After that, the order enters processing and cannot be modified. If you need to cancel after this window, you can return the item once received under our standard returns policy.
